Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Archives But Were Too Afraid to Ask
Join us for an evening of archives! We will have speakers from across the lands! Five professional archivists from Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago! They will each speak about their own backgrounds, current work, and important issues for the first hour. We will leave plenty of time for an open Q&A at the end.
Students specializing in archives are encouraged to attend, but we welcome anyone with an interest in archives, or a curiosity about what an archivist does! The institutions our speakers are coming from are very diverse: the Harley Davidson Museum, The Art Institute in Chicago, The Wisconsin Historical Society, CUNA Mutual, and Marquette University.
